While every effort has been made to make sure the instructions, directions and clues are easy to understand throughout your journey, there may be times when events beyond our control cause confusion or stop you getting the information you need to progress. Perhaps a path or road that you are asked to go down is temporarily closed or a landmark is obstructed in some way.

If you think something like this might have happened during your journey please let us know about it here and we can add it to our list of known issues and hopefully offer a solution. Please check your specific route in the Menu to make sure others haven't already posted something about the issue you are facing before submitting it below.
